Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email when your order ships, including tracking details.

Destinations

We ship to destinations available at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless stated otherwise.

Methods and times

Estimated delivery times start from the ship date:

•  Standard: 3–10 business days (depending on destination)

•  Express (where offered): 1–4 business days

Times are estimates only. Carriers, customs, weather, and peak periods can cause delays. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and method. Free shipping may apply on qualifying orders or promotions.

International orders

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Tracking, loss, and damage

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If a package is marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier first. Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

Changes

Contact us as soon as possible to change an address. We cannot change details after an order has been packed or handed to the carrier.
