We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Eligibility

Unused items in original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery (or the period required by law in your country, if longer).

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or personal-use reasons (for example opened wellness/body products, certain intimate or single-use goods, digital items, gift cards, and final-sale items). These will be marked at checkout or on the product page.

How to return

1. Email us with your order number and reason.

2. Wait for return instructions and, if we provide one, a return label.

3. Ship the item back as directed.

You are responsible for return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the product price to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process them.
